worst customer service. never receved 1 phone call to update status on vehicle repair even after we had contacted them 3 times. sent my vehicle out to another garage for repair that for some reason they could not do themselves. took 4 days to get my vehicle back. will not use them again or recommend them to family and friends.

I have been using Miles for three years now. They are honest and skilled. Their shop is busy because of this and they do not need to add any "extras" like some shops do. I use them exclusively for my personal vehicles and am now using them for business as well. You get what you pay for, and the cut-rate guys I was using actually cost me more in lost time, misdiagnosis, and/or poorly done work. I highly recommend this family owned, long-established shop.
