Established by Benjamin Futral, PMP® Seaventur3 Project Management is a veteran owned small business operating in the St Petersburg, FL area as a consultant to local businesses to aid with project planning and growth initiatives. The goal of the business is to bring the advantages of project management from the fortune 500 side to local businesses so they can gain better control over their projects and their business. Our methods save time and money and maintain better control over the scope and quality of projects by planning and managing every aspect with the team from start to finish. My personal goal is to help create a thriving and successful community of local businesses here in St Pete, who have the support they need so that they will continue to grow into the future. Our mission is to provide the experience of project management to every day businesses. Using our methodology can help local businesses better control the scope, schedule and budget of their projects and improve their efficiency. Products and Services 1. Project Consulting Services, The Project Consult Consult with the Project Manager, and discuss how project management could be a good investment in your business. A well-planned and managed project almost always costs less and takes less time (which also savesmoney). 2. Project Planning Service, The Simple Project Plan Build a simple project plan to implement some change, like upgrading a merchant terminal POS, launching a new product, or implementing standard procedures, any business upgrade can use a project plan. The Simple Project Plan is limited to developing the project plan only and does not include management of the project. 3. Project Management Service, The Project Manager Provide complete Project Plan and Project Management, controlling every aspect over the project for the business, assisting with conceptualizing the project, defining the scope, budget, and schedule, then working through completion of the project. Service is available by contract on request, starting with The Simple Project Plan, and negotiate as needed for complete Project Management of larger projects.
