I recently was given a Toshiba 42" LCD TV that was about 4 years old, but didn't work. It was taken into The Service Place to look at, on Monday morning. By Monday afternoon there was a message of the repair and I called first thing Tuesday morning to give the 'go-ahead'. By one o'clock Tuesday it was ready to pick-up! It had previously been on a TV stand upright I hoped to use the factory base, but didn't have the bolts for it (lost for the ages)...figuring out the thread pitch/length/metric/standard/course/fine et all can make for a very trying trip to the hardware store. I was grateful when the The Service Place was able to locate the correct ones and give me four to 'make it happen'. When I got it home the TV worked as good as I remember seeing it at it's old home. I was reluctant to take the plunge for the repair when I took it in but the great staff and professional treatment won me over. As I watch the new big screen I'm glad I took the leap 5*****'s great old fashioned service

This company does not bother to call you if there is a delay in a part order..had to keep calling them over a 1 month period to get updates on one part for our Hi Def TV. They don't seem to have an office person..always a different man when they answer the phone. Very rude and very unaccommodating.
