Very disappointed with the service from Rent All. They provided umbrella tables for a company event at a very busy place in St. Pete. They forgot the table cloths (tables look old and worn out without them) and didn't return with them until guests were already arriving. Then they charged me extra for picking the tables up on Saturday, but they didn't pick them up until Monday and tried to say that the tables weren't ready when they got there on Saturday. I was there on Saturday and personally cleared the tables when the guy called and said he was on his way to pick them up, yet no one ever showed up. I am planning a huge wedding for next year that will host 500+ guests and you can believe I won't be calling rent all city for my big event...no way. You would think they would have at least offered a discount for forgetting the table cloths, but they didn't. Poor service. Luckily, it looks like most people have better experiences with them though.

Very friendly and helpful service. Easy to work with.
I was the caterer in a Tampa event in Oct. 2008, the client orderd all tables, chairs, dance floor, bars- over $4500 in total, every thing has arrived in great shape, wonderful service. I workd with several rental companies before and this one is realy the best.I did use them again and I will recomande to everyone.
Delivered all the equipment that we ordered for our wedding on time to a tricky to find location. The two delivery guys were extremely helpful. NO ISSUES!! I would definitely use them again if needed.
We had to pick up the dance floor and move it out of the way as two guests slipped and fell. The driver tried to deliver all the reception equipment to the brides home several hours before the contract delivery time. Dance floor , tables, chairs, arch, bar etc...
