Stay away! We paid Refresh Interiors/Eugene McDonald to build custom counters, bar tops and bathroom vanity. He did no work and has not refunded our money as promised. He has no license to do this type of work. There is a current case by the state attorney against him for doing the same to several customers. He is a con man & previously convicted felon. See Better Business Bureau reports.
