Not very good about returning phone calls. I've called and left a message on their voicemail and have not heard back.

Rude staff at reception area. Phlebotomist could use more training. Not very adept at drawing blood from small veins. and..she was rude on top of it. I'm no sissy about having my blood drawn. I'm 65 years old so I have some experience in this matter. It was the worst draw I've ever encountered. Actually painful during the draw. She really does need more training.
