I'm involved in my first service experience with Pyramid Computer. I have been most pleasantly surprised by their fast response and knowledgeable staff. Patience is virtue...and much is required in working with a less than computer-savvy customer such as myself. Both Adam and Ke have been very courteous and helpful, my phone calls are either answered or returned quickly, and Adam, who has now been here twice, is prompt and efficient. Not to be ignored in this accolade is that their prices seem very reasonable. We've been in business in St. Pete for about 25 years, and Pyramid (or Pyramids - not sure which is correct) and I wish I could have found service like theirs 25 years ago!
