It took a lot of experimentation, but finally I have found the Chinese Food restaurant of choice for my taste. It caters mostly to the take-out crowd, which is just fine with me. The broth for the won-ton soup is deliciously chicken-y and doesn't taste watered down at all. I like the sweet and sour pork and the sweet and sour chicken.
