My name is Stephanie Swafford and I was recently there to get my hair done by the amazing Valerie Delorenzo which my hair looks so beautiful I'm in love:) as I was sitting there with the color in my hair the nail stylist Wayne offered me a free polish change, I have never felt so pampered in my entire life!!! He now has a lifetime customer! I have had my nails done with acrylics and shellac paint and they always chip and break . I just got a basic polish by Wayne and they are still on two weeks later I have never been happier with my nails!!! J CON SALON you have two amazing stylists working for you!!!!! Can't wait to come back in!!

I felt like I was in a Stepford Salon - uncomfortable/ too forced/fake friendliness kind of environment and way too hard sell on the products. I told the stylist a few times what I wanted and each time she cut it like she wanted to. Two times it was uneven and I had to cut it when I got home. When I told her about it she got snippy with me. I told her I wanted to grow my hair as long as I could and one time she said "well why are you here to see me then". The next time she went into a long schpeel about how it was not "necessary" and how it should look good first and how long hair is not professional looking. Then she tried to sell me overpriced highlights and I said I could not afford them and again she got snippy with me. Needless to say, I will not be back. I'm not spending $60 for bad service again!

jcon knows good Employees when they have them! If your hair looks like sh!* Cameron can fix it! Needless to say this is my final salon!

I can't recommend J Con enough, nor the people that work there! I had the pleasure of getting my coif trimmed by Katie and must say that it was the best cut ever. Meticulous attention to detail, literally not a hair out of place when it was all over. The pleasant atmosphere and the sense of luxurious pampering is enough to make me want to return again and again, which I will be doing. Don't think too hard about whether or not to go, just take the plunge - you won't regret it!

I love JCon. The staffs are always so friendly and professional especially my hairstylist, Katie who always makes me feel so beautiful and young. I am always looking forward to my next appointment with Katie. I have been too many salon and JCon got me hooked!!! I reconmend all my friends and co-workers to Katie. She is my number ONE!!!

I have been searching all over for a hairdresser who LISTENS and finally I found one. Andrea Rose gave me the best haircut and color I have EVER had. I asked for my hair to be " blonde when it was wet" and she is the first stylist to get it right. She was very professional...best money I have ever spent! Highly recommended!

J Con Salon is a well run establishment. My stylist, Cameron Smith, is excellent. He always amazes me with what he can do with my hair. He is an artist, but he does not take too much liberty with my hair. He follows my requests regarding the style I am trying to achieve, and gives suggestions which work well with my type of hair and face shape. The entire staff are professional. I never have a problem changing my appointment if my busy schedule changes last minute. My appointments are always on time, and I always feel comfortable while waiting for my color to process. I often recommend J Con Salon without hesitation.

I had a hairstylist for a couple of years that always changed or canceled my appointments. I finally got fed up and called J-Con and booked my first appointment with Jennifer. All I can say... is that I'm so glad my old hairdresser was so lame and unprofessional. I love Jennifer. She's simply the best! My hair always comes out looking fabulous and the consistency is always there. In the past, sometimes it was good and other times, not so good. Now I know exactly what to expect - a perfect job. I've been gong to Jennifer for about a year and a half and have found a PERMANANT hairdresser. I can't say enough good things about her and the salon. THANKS JENNIFER!

I have been going to J Con to get my hair cut since I was a little girl (I'm in college now) and I make sure to schedule an appointment with Tina Crosby (stylist) when I'm in town. J Con is a very professional business and they employ the nicest people. I would highly recommend J Con to my friends.

I have been a customer of JCon's for about 6 years now. I was referred to Katie by a fellow employee and have been faithful to her since. She is an amazing hair stylist and colorist. I like vibrant red hair with highlights and everytime I see her my hair comes out perfect. I get compliments on my hair all the time. I've referred a few people to her as well who wanted her business card after seeing my hair. I will not go to another stylist after having the best!

Cameron Smith is the best stylist ever! I have been to other salons and no one has been able to do my hair exactly the way I want it but him. He listens to what you want and makes it a reality. He is also very funny and makes my experience a enjoyable one. Even though J. Con is expensive, I keep going back due to him.

I love this salon!!! The staff is so welcoming and friendly and they have so many great services. I especially LOVE Kyle B. (esthetician) and Erin C. (stylist). Kyle is fantastic at what she does -- have had brow tint/waxing and facials with her. Erin does an awesome job with my hair cuts/color. I always get compliments on my hair. I wouldn't trust anyone else! I love talking with both of them during my services -- such an enjoyable experience! I've been a patron of this salon for 6 years and never had a bad experience. I'd recommend this salon/spa to anyone!

I had been having my hair done elsewhere, however I needed a change - a makeover of sorts. I went to a stylist at J.Con that an acquaintance recommended. Unfortunately, she did not give me the change I needed and my thick hair continued to overpower me. When I called to cancel my next 6-wk appmt with her and was asked the reason why, the manager Shannon, politely talked me into trying another stylist instead (at no charge). Thank goodness she did! JAMIE was exactly what I wanted/needed - she made recommendations based on MY hair type, facial features, care level I was seeking, etc! She was very nice and I felt comfortable with her. I will be returning!

I was thrilled with this salon during my first visit. Then, not so much. I had my hair colored, and was quite unhappy that my stylist forgot to put the protecting cream on my skin, and I had to leave with stains in my hairline. To her credit she was very apologetic, but nonetheless, I was the one who had to live with the stain until it washed out. I also had mixed experiences with their booking department. They messed up my appointment twice. Once they booked me for a service that I requested, and when I got there I was told that it was not available. ??? They told me that I was booked for a certain day, but in fact they booked me for the wrong day. The second time they booked me with a totally different stylist that I requested. Again, they apologized, but given the the fact that this salon is quite pricey, I expected a more professional approach. No, I won't be going back.

I was very happy with the waxing service performed by Andrea. I told her that I "scar" easily especially if the wax is too hot. She did everything she could to minimize this...I was impressed. She asked if I was going anywhere afterwards. I said "Yes" and she gave me a damped napkin w/antiseptic to minimize the redness. The "scarring" and redness are not new to me. I was pleased with how well she really tried to minimize all this. I also thought the staff was very courteous and friendly. I have already made my next two appointments.
