Colette Marie, ERYT, is a Wellness Coach, Yoga Teacher & Raw Juice Chef, operating in the Tampa Bay area, previously living in Atlanta, GA, offering Private Yoga Instruction, Nutritional Consulting, Raw Juice Services, Detox Programs, Reflexology, Yoga Therapy & Thai Yoga Stretch Therapy, through Colette Maries, own private wellness business, successfully established while living in Atlanta, GA as Indigo Holistic Services from 2007 - 2012. Colette Marie has accumulated well over a 1000 hours of teaching experience thereby becoming an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher 200 hrs through the Yoga Alliance in 2008 as well as completing studies in Foot Reflexology, as a Certified Reflexology Therapistunder the direction Dr. Christine Jenson, D.C & Reiki Master Teacher and The ConnecticutCenter for Universal Reflexology and Reiki Practitioner Level 1 & 2 in the Usui System throughBeth Leas, Reiki Master Teacher and The Total Life Care Center of Connecticut, in addition to becoming a self taught, Thai Yoga Stretch Practitioner, in 2006. Other areas of personal study include, Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
