They continue to deny my claims for services that are clearly covered accoridng to their manual. It took more than 4 document submission and numerous phone calls to get my issue resolved. They told me they could not read my first submission, however I submitted the same docuement a second time and they accepted it and then told me they couldn't confirm that insurance paid based on an insurance pending amount, even though they accepeted previous submissions with insurance pending amount. They continue to harras me and withhold my funds. My company has had so many complaints about this company that they are changing services. If you have a choice in choosing thsi company or others DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is horrible.

This company has the WORST customer service of ANY company I have ever contacted. No one wants to give their last name or let you speak to a supervisor. I am a customer who has been calling for TWO months to get my cobra coverage, paid for two months and they still have not resolved my coverage dates. I have contacted the insurance carrier and they have repeatedly contacted Ceridian to update my information. Two months later this issue is still not resolved. If I owned a company I would NEVER do business with them. Being a cobra client, I have no choice. I am planning on contacting the Commissioner of Insurance to report this company.

Called regarding open positions within the company. Referred to careers at company website. Had already been on that site and a position found on jobing.com associated with a recruiter was not listed. I asked the operator who I can contact at Ceridian about this to see if the job was actually available. She said, "there is no one here you can contact". Not to sound unprofessional myself, but she was very rude and it seems that even in a job market flooded with candidates, you should still be able to ask a company representative a question. Due to HR inaccessibility and abruptness of the operator, a company representative, I am sure I would not like to work here. I do not recommend them for other job seekers wishing to work for a company who would value interpersonal relationships - obviously this is not the place. If prospective employees are treated in this manner, I wonder how clients with queries are treated?
