Cavities are produced by cold swaging 420 and 440 stainless steel or most other tool steels, around a hardened male mandrel, reproducing the form, and surface finish. The company manufacturers high production, modular, automatic ejection molds, using state-of-the-art hot runner and cooling technology. CAVAFORM International makes special use of horizontal hot tip, multiangle tip, and valve gate technology. It offers an inventory of products, such as syringes, catheter tooling, pipettes, medical shields and covers, centrifuge tubes and vials, writing instruments, closures, packaging materials, medical disposable applications, and bimetal tooling.
