This past friday I called the store and inquired about a male chinchilla for my female pet chinchilla home . My kids got all excited as we were assured they had one , and we made the trip to the store . To our surprise upon arrival, non of the two staff members knew which one was the male and were not helpfull at all . We felt invisible and dissapointed , waste of a trip . I would rather pay more else were , where they know what they are selling , or at least pretend they want your bussiness .
