We were remodeling our kitchen and actually purchased our appliances from another appliance center. When they started screwing us around on the rebates, we cancelled our order and went to Mike's. He's very knowledgable, polite, and a man of his word. He was willing to put forth a real effort to get us the best deal. He even delivered our range hood one evening on his way home. Who does that any more?? If nothing else, check with Mike before you purchase any appliances. He's not an overbearing salesman trying to get in your pocket. He'll give you the real story. We have mistakenly gone elsewhere in the past and have wasted so much time and energy on such poor service! Nice local vender, honest and knowledgable. I was waited on by the owner, who really knows his product and availability. Prices were competetive, warranty competitive, specials on delivery and haul away turned out to be "free". Turn around for the product was very reasonable. I got the impression the owner cares about his word of mouth reputation and was a man of integrity and character. Happy shopping.
