My heater broke the night before a big snowstorm. Luckily, I was referred here as they deal in parts and the service places don't. The person I dealt with today was exceedingly helpful in assisting me with making my own repairs (and saving money), and even went out of his way to avoid me buying a part I didn't need that was more expensive. I very much appreciated it, and I think the world needs more people and businesses like this.
