The service here is absolutely horrible....I had given my husband a coupon I had received in the mail with the Jungerman location on it. We had just used a coupon from the same mailer the week before at this store. When he returned he told me they said they would not take the coupon. I returned to the store to see what was going on. There was a printed sign on the door saying they would no longer take the coupons.... We waited in line, then spoke with a women employee who was very rude so I asked for the manager. We finally worked out what we were going to do and the manager went back to his office. We tried to give the order to the rude employee who was standing there the whole time. She was again short with us and rude saying we had to get back in line to place our order... no customer service quality at all to this place and I will never go to this location again even if it is the only close store.

The food is good but that's not hard to accomplish. The workers however are subpar at best. Idiots at worst. They constantly forget to put my full order in the bag and they rarely make up for it. Most of the time is grown men doing the work so you can't blame it on teenagers. This is just an example of a good chain with terrible management. I'd be happy if they closed down. The food isn't worth the frustration
