Dr. Jacob is by far the best doctor that I have EVER had the pleasure of coming in contact with! He takes his time with all of his patients and he never has any complaints (except from the crazies lol) come see him he will accommodate you in any way possible!!!!

I went to see Dr. Jacob today and after a 30 minute exam and a hasty trying on of two different disposable lenses (it was so fast I didn't even know he had tried two kinds!) I was told that he "could not help me and to please leave because he had other patients to see". I am a healthy 27 year old who has been wearing contacts for years and have NEVER been treated this rudely by any professional. On my way out, he said he wouldn't charge me and I asked for proof and he said he would not give me any written documentation to verify him saying that he would not bill me because he has been around a long time. Well, I think he has been around too long and should go to some classes on how to treat people. I had to take 1/2 day off of work, and he said he was the only one affected since he wouldn't get paid-well, I didn't get paid, either, and I have a good job, too. He never apologized and never gave me a clear answer on his inability after a 45 minute visit to be unable to give a healthy adult woman who has been wearing contacts lenses for years a new prescription and new contacts. I will tell EVERYONE I know about this experience so that no one else has to waste their time with this apparently inept doctor. Do not go to him for eye care!
