Choose from a designer brand or create a unique, custom look for the one you love. We have an on-site jeweler who is at the top of his game with jewel repairs. Fast turn around times and quality repairs are done right on site. That means no waiting for a mall store to ship your jewelry away and overpaying for work that takes way too long. Diamond Shoppe Jewelers also buys gold, silver and coins. Or, you can trade your old jewelry or coins in for something new. If we don't have it, we can custom make it for you. I had a horrible experience here. Long story short, I brought my ring in to have resize. They broke the stone that was in the ring. Replaced it with a stone that didn't even look like the original stone. (The only similarly was the color.) Went to pick my ring up and they told me they couldn't find it, so I have to come back again. When I went back for the 4th time, I was not happy with the result, so I politely asked for refund for my $40 for the resizing fees and my ring. They gave me the $40 and told me that they will have to KEEP the ring, because I can't have both!!! They have no idea of what the actual, and the sentimental value of this ring to me, but they refuse to give it back. I end up having to go up there and argue with the owner, and have him cussed me out the door, just to have my ring back. I just want to warn people about the this business. I will never want anyone to experience what I went through with them.
I just wanted to say the owner Jeff is a very sweet guy who will go above and beyond to care for your needs. My husband had obtained a gift from Diamond Shoppe for me back in December as a surprise. I wanted to bring it in and have it altered into something a little different. Even though I brought it in 8 months later, Jeff still remembered and still treated it with high importance. He ended up blessing us with more than even I had asked, which was the best surprise of all! If he did that for me, how much more will he put into those very special events for you? Jeff has proven everything that comes through his hands is treated with absolute care and attention. This is a business that shows integrity and good character, which makes it a trustworthy name. We will be back.

I love this place! Jeff took a gem from an old necklace, a gem-less ring from my mother and made a perfect ONE OF A KIND ring that will be in my family forever. The Shoppe has offerings for all budgets and if you just need repair or a watch battery, they can do that too! I highly recommend Jeff Politte and The Diamond Shoppe.
Went in to get two appraisals for my wife's rings. He did them right there in front of us, he was quick but thorough. Easily the least expensive for appraisals in town. Great looking shop and atmosphere too!
