I contacted AHS warranty to request a possible problem with the belt on the furnace as it was making a sound when air conditioner was running. Same day I contacted AHS, I was contacted by Budget. Jackie was great in setting up an appointment for a service call 36hrs later. Jeff was on time and checked out the furnace & air conditioner. He completed the work in less than 45 minutes and told us we were good. Jeff was friendly, informative, knowledgeable and efficient. I would highly recommend Budget Air Conditioning!

Warranty Call The Good: Service was very good. Will was friendly and knowledgeable. He worked quickly. He did not leave a mess. I would recommend him without hesitation. The Bad: I think the disposal upgrade cost was very high.

I was very unhappy when the first tech wasted my day and still couldn't fix the sump pump with water all over. I let Budget know of my unhappiness. Ross showed up, on time, diagnosed the situation quickly, got the warranty worked out and fixed the issue. I was perhaps unfair to the company, but the fact is the office people dropped the ball. They did call and apologize and tried to make it right, but that was after raising holy hell. As for Ross, I give him the highest service rating and he was knowledgable and ultimately helpful.

Provided great service!!!! Brooke the CSR was very nice and professional. She provided updates for when the technician would arrive and who to expect. Phil the technician, made a quick assessment of the problem and resolved the issue. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to family and friends.

Budget Air is my favorite company. First, I received excellent phone service from Brook. She was the one calling me to tell me my Service Pro was on his previous call. This allowed me to only take a half day off of work and leave promptly upon her call. She was very pleasant and made me feel important. It was even a greater experience when she called me at home to tell me my SP was on his way to my house. Chris P. arrived promptly. He is very professional and kept me posted as to what was wrong and what his next steps were throughout the whole process. He even educated me on my new sump pump and I now know how they work.
