Founded and headquartered in St. Louis, Missouri, API Financial Solutions, Inc. has grown into one of the most recognized payroll services in the area. We offer a full array of services from your basic payroll needs to a full service package including direct deposit, complete tax filing, HR & Benefit Management and 401K benefits administration. API was founded in 1997 to meet three specific problems identified by small and medium sized businesses that wanted a greater level of customer service from their payroll provider. 1. They wanted to be treated as an important client rather than a number. 2. They were very dissatisfied with the "hard to read" payroll reports generated by the payroll systems of national payroll companies. 3. Businesses were tired of price increase after price increase while the level of service deteriorated.
