      Enjoy! is a restaurant that offers classic American cuisine for lunch, dinner, happy hour and Sunday brunch. Enjoy! is located in Apple Valley, Minn. The restaurant is designed to replicate a Tuscan village, boasting seven different dining rooms. Enjoy! also features a small grotto, sunlit conservatory and wrap-around patio. The Enjoy! menu includes Four Onion Soup, Flash Fried Calamari, Grilled Chicken Salad, Blue Cheese Grilled Portobello Burger, Penne Rigate and pizzas. Drink specials include Bailey s and coffee, Hot Buttered Rum, Appletinis, Gin Fizz and Manhattans. Enjoy! has a private dining room that can seat up to 80 guests. Private dining includes customized menus. The private dining room is equipped with a pull-down screen and projector, computer accessibility, VCR and DVD capabilities, podium and wireless microphones. Each month Enjoy! features a themed multi-course dinner.
