The ambiance is absolutely gorgeous, clean and very welcoming. I was impressed when I walked in. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. However nail techs WAS VERY UNFRIENDLY, Rude and did not display nice customer service skills. She didn't say hello and barely thanked me for her tip. She rushed through my nails with no one waiting and didn't paint them all the way to cuticle like I asked. She had the drill going so fast that it hurt just to get the gel polish removed, which is not typical for me. My nails would appear like they needed a fill within the next few days as a result of the polish not being painted to the base.
