Twin Cities Public Television, also known as tpt, serves the entertainment needs of its clients. It is a nonprofit organization that broadcasts a variety of educational, civic and cultural programs. The organization s productions include the SciGirls, which is a science series for children. It also telecasts Depression: Out of the Shadows, Bring Warm Clothes, Dakota Exile, Death of the Dream and Almanac. The organization s Minnesota Channel provides information on various public service organizations in the state. Twin Cities Public Television maintains production facilities that include studios and finishing suites. It handles the video, television and support materials need of clients. The organization broadcasts arts, literature and history programs for viewers throughout the United States.
