I have never been able to walk in a store and have someone hand me a pair of glasses stating these are for you. They are the best, know how to pick the most flattering frames for your face and style. Other reviews (on other sites) fault the dog on the premises or the women staff. I do not. They were very helpful and the dog was a delight....I fault the only male I ever saw present (but not because he was a man, of course), but because he would say and do whatever necessary to deny that his shop seriously messes up orders.Case(s) in point. My wife and I ordered a pair for me (and we both clearly remember what that pair was), yet when the pair arrived (and groan ! everything takes forever with this place), it was the wrong pair !!....So (groan, again) we waited another long time to get the right ones, yet after a myriad of adjustments where I just couldn't shake headaches wearing them, I took them to Health Partners Optical and they found that the optical centers were many degrees off center, yet this man, now turning more surly, assured me (incorrectly) that this made little difference (yet it does !), yet even though he (incorrectly) stated this error in grinding made little difference, he agreed to send them back (the final groan ..and long wait..for me) to be reground.At this point, I was finished with the sloppy nature of these overpriced glasses so when the now quite surly man snapped "if I give you your money back, would you go away" ? ! , I quickly said yes and ran down to pick up my return check as I suspect anyone would in these circumstances.To conclude, the frames are pretty, the women staff are super friendly and the dog is a doll, but this guy, this place and the optics delivered are just too much....Avoid it..

This was bar none the best eye glasses experience I have had. It is clear as soon as you walk in the door that this is not going to be your average optical shop. The people that work there are clearly having fun at their job and they are good at it. The Optometrist told me more about what was going on with my eyes than any previous doctor and offered excellent advice on ways to protect my eyes. When I came out of the exam room I was greeted by an enthusiastic staff that had already picked a selection of frames that were perfect for my look, facial structure and coloring. All of it was being quietly observed by the adorable and demure Boxer who is the star of their ad campaign. The bottom line, you are going to pay a little more since they specialize in a higher end product that you are not likely see on anyone else. You will also be surrounded by laid back, fun people who are really amazing at what they do.
