General Info

Sarah Rumpf enjoys working with young adults and teenagers. She provides individual and group counseling to those who struggle with anxiety, self-esteem, perfectionism, and depression. Sarah takes a strengths-based approach to counseling, taking care to emphasize the good in each person. She is dedicated to guiding those who are hurting toward a place of healing, a place of self-acceptance and worthiness. Sarah has experience working in a university counseling center and a community mental health center. She is a certified PREPARE/ENRICH facilitator, including premarital and marital counseling.
