We had a wonderful experience with Premier Fence from start to finish. Our sales rep Bert was extremely knowledgeable and kept us informed of the progress along the way. The foreman and his team arrived on time and worked through the weekend to finish our project. We are left with a beauitful Simtek fence and it was a pleasure working with Premier. Would definitely recommend this company!

We had a picket fence installed last fall and made the decision late in the season. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. The fence turned out beautifully and we are now enjoying it with the nice weather this summer. Now we are happy to have the perfect picket fence to compliment our home.

We are thrilled with the arbor and the special slates on the gate that allow our dog to watch the world go by. We really enjoyed our private yard all summer. Premier Fence was excellent from the beginning to the end. They worked with our tree removal team, removed an existing fence, and installed a beautiful wood fence with lattice on the top. Our neighbors have been so appreciative! We are delighted with the beautiful fence quality, the knowledgeable crew, and the excellent end result. Thank you Premier! We had very high expectations and they were all met!

Had a lattice top fence installed in 2009. Top board warped and had to call to have it repaired. Now several of the vertical boards have warped and I am told by Todd the sales rep that this is "normal", does not need repair and he will not be out again to look at fence. Rude office staff. Basically once these guys have your money they are not interested in following up on problems with your fence. Would not hire these folks again.

We moved into a new house and needed to get a fence up quickly for the dogs. The construction crew was very efficient, they got the posts up quickly and in 95 degree heat and humidity. They were very professional and courteous. The fence looks great. The prices were about the same as the quotes that we got from Midwest and a few others but Premier was able to get started sooner so we went with them. Overall I am very satisfied.

ATTEMPTED FENCE PURCHASEFriday, May 20thI visited the Premier showroom and Diane showed me some very nice returned fencing. She said that a matching gate would cost roughly $350 and take a couple of weeks to deliver. She instructed me to call Malia when I was ready to order, and gave me a brochure with the color circled.Saturday, May 21stI called in and told Diane what I had decided. She told me that Malia would call me Monday to complete the order.Thursday, May 26thThinking I had been overlooked, I called in and spoke to Malia. She told me that she knew of the order and was waiting to hear from me. She said I could come in the next day to pick up the fencing and complete the order. Friday, May 27thI made arrangements to borrow a larger vehicle and took part of the morning off from work to look at stone and pick up the fence. In response to Chris' inquiry about pickets. I do hope you were able to locate the few pickets that Premier was unable to offer you. On non stock items, you may not receive an answer the same day - does that make Premier a bad company - probably not! If in fact you needed these specific items immediately, you should have indicated so, at which time, I am sure the staff would not have taken the time and made the effort to try and accomodate your request. Most other companies would not have bothered with your call. Premier has a very caring staff and no request is to small.

I needed to know if they had replacement pickets for my fence that I ran into. I called to find out if Premier had the correct sizes that I needed. They asked that I come down in person as they have a huge inventory. I did not want to make a 40 minute trip each way if they did not have what I needed. I asked twice on a Friday to verify and when I had to call a third time on Monday I was told that they did not have the pickets and Premier knew this on Friday but did not bother to call me. I would have looked elsewhere and fixed my fence over the weekend if this information was given to me earlier.
