We use equipment that national window treatment manufacturers suggest be used for cleaning of their window treatments. We follow their guidelines of how certain window treatments can be cleaned. Repair service in your home is what we strive for. There are window treatments that cannot be repaired in your home due to difficulty level or size. If we do have to remove your window treatment from your home the repair is done in a timely manner. We offer times at our location for clients that wish to drop off their window treatments. During the week is by appointment. We also offer parts that are listed in our Products Page for the do-it yourselfer. We are more than happy to educate on how to perform your repair.
