Established in 1905, North High School is located in St. Paul, Minn. Its language arts department offers courses in journalism, American literature, film studies and creative writing. The school provides various industrial technology courses, including electronics, small engines, engineering drafting and home mechanics. The business and marketing courses offered by the school include personal finance, international business, and entertainment and sports marketing. Its science courses include biology, physical science, chemistry, astronomy, geology and physics. Additionally, the school curriculum includes classes in social studies, physical education and health, service learning and humanities. Its music department offers classes in band, choral group and orchestra. North High School s sport programs include football, hockey, tennis, wrestling, soccer and hockey.
