Whoever wrote that anonymous rant is likely a new tire place. These are good, safe tires. Recycling tires that still have miles on them makes more sense than paying 200 dollars apiece for tires for a car you might sell next year. I was a bus driver for years and the tires I bought were perfectly balanced and mounted. No fancy waiting room, but We didn't have to wait at all. We will be back.
