With warmth, humor and a broad range of integrated skills I assist clients, including "highly sensitive persons", in their efforts to create increased joy, intimacy, hope and love by assisting in overcoming reactions leftover from fearful, confusing life experiences. When we have the ability to live constructively in relationship with self and others, the challenges of life can become exciting opportunities for growth and self-awareness. My ability to listen and guide clients in learning to hear their own inner voice enhances the therapeutic relationship and guides them in releasing physical and emotional blocks which have prevented living fully to their highest potential. My practice is created to offer clients safety, respect and acceptance while feeling listened to in depth with validation and empathy in a comfortable, private environment. Twenty plus years of experience and training in psychotherapeutic and transpersonal therapies have been enhanced by studying with exceptional teachers, therapists and healers.
