If you want a family or friends to visit you, pleaseeeeee do not live here because whether it is day or night time here, your car will be towed! This place isn't welcome anyone except the residents who lives in the apartment so don't consider living here. thanks! Sad to say this but my family and I experienced it so many time. Thanks

BED BUGS- LA BLANCHE APARTMENTS:

To all those who are renting at La Blanche apartments or are thinking about it, please go else where. In fact I wouldn't recommend renting at any of Preferred Management's properties since they clearly don't care about the well being of their residents. Let me remind you that not everyone shows signs like I do and break out in terrible welts, so it is possible that you can have bed bugs and not even know it. And let me also remind you of Minnesota's State Statute 504B.131- A tenant or occupant of a building that is destroyed or becomes uninhabitable or unfit for occupancy through no fault or neglect of the tenant or occupant may vacate and surrender such a building. In my situation due to the lack of warning and the presence of bed bugs and the adverse impact on my health, I deemed the leased premises uninhabitable.

I know this message will just be deleted, but the tenants of Preferred Management's properties have a RIGHT to know that their health may be at risk.

Roomy but ROACHES. There doesn't seem to be any general exterminator plan. They just want to do one room at a time as people complain. No way to attach a roach problem in a complex like this...
