As a first timer I had a great experience at I love kickboxing in Savage! The instructors are high energy and super helpful. A great workout I could definitely feel the next day!

I had a great time and a lot of fun kicking and punching, a little bit sore but very excited to continue my new Adventure with the i love kickboxing family
