Horrible

I have gone to Happy Nails for many years and have always been satisfied, but I had a so called manicure yesterday. The nail technician filed each nail once and told me to wash my hands. She did not trim my cuticles or have me soak my fingers. She proceeded to slap on two coats of nail polish and one clear coat in ten minutes.HORRIBLE!!!!

I went there for the 1st time today!! I was very pleased with the service, the appearance of the shop, and they used all sanitary measures to please me!!! I'am kind of paranoid of pedicures causing the breakage of skin, and causing me to bleed.....Also the thought of tools being used on me that were not sanitized.....To make a long story short, I was very happy, and I will be going back!!

Happy Nails is a quiet, clean, relaxing nail salon where you can get a manicure for only $15, or a pedicure for $30. A bamboo mural covers the back wall, and digital photos of tropical islands add to the serene ambience. Quyen is very skilled in manicures and trimming cuticles, and she tends to square off the nails as her style. If you wanted rounded finger nails you could probably ask. There are probably over a hundred polish colors on the back wall, and customers usually self-select their color. Be careful not to burn your fingers when you open the hot towel oven to dry your hands! I only have a couple recommendations. One is to dust the nail dryers from time to time, as there is a fine coating of dust on top of the grating in the vents. The nail brushes could also be replaced or thoroughly scrubbed. Even though the nail brushes soak in a blue sanitizing solution, some of the brushes nevertheless have a little bit of build-up in the bristle bed.In general, a good manicure in Highland!

Excellent prices, and excellent service. I won't go anywhere else--and most places around here are double the price for half of the service. You can get a mani and a pedi here for $39! Give it a shot, it is truly a gem!

Fabulous, clean and amazingly professional and talented staff. I have recommended Happy Nails to anyone who is interested and ALL have come back to tell me about their fantastic experiences there. The prices are very affordable and the service is second to none, I've been going since they opened and have never been disappointed.
