The owner didn't listen to me, just started cutting. Knowing I had glasses and probably couldn't see (I was squinting into the mirror) she never asked me if I wanted to check out the progress, just started cutting and didn't stop until she thought she was done. Unfortunately done to her meant WAY TOO MUCH hair cut off AND not even in the right places. "Keep the length on the sides, shorter, wedged-like in back" (angled bob sort of). Nope, she cut off the sides and left the back straight (looked like a mushroom)! Went back two days later to try to fix the situation any way salvageable. She was very rude, asked me what I wanted but she snorted and seemed like I was speaking a foreign language. She left me to look at a book and leisurely helped another customer for 30 minutes. I finally got up and walked out. The funny thing is that I am VERY open to funky/different haircuts (it's just hair right?). But this was too much.
