Eric Johnson, former Internal Revenue Service Senior Attorney with over five years of experience working within the Internal Revenue Service, is engaged in all areas of federal income tax and employment tax law, and at all procedural levels, including pre-filing consulting, IRS audits, internal IRS Appeals, litigation before the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. District Courts, and appeals to the Eighth and Ninth Circuits, as well as collection matters, including collection due process proceedings, lien removal, collection alternatives such as offers-in-compromise, and tax-related bankruptcy issues.
