Because of Eric Johnson's expertise, I have been relieved of an $ 11,200.00 Internal Revenue Service tax assessment. The tax and interest was abated and the lien was released!
Eric was able to find an error in the Internal Revenue Services's procedures when assessing the tax. The acknowledgement of their error caused them to abate all taxes owed.
This tax and the threats from the IRS haunted me for 2 years. I can't begin to express my gratitude to Eric. I can now begin to build my life again!
After talking to several tax attorneys from out of State and in Twin Cities area, who were either absurdly expensive or not trustworthy, Eric accomplished his work for a nominal fee. I will highly recommend Eric Johnson to anyone who wants to resolve a tax issue with IRS or MN State.
