Dream Steam came to my house to measure and give me an accurate, free estimate. They were prompt, professional and thorough. I ended up adding one more area to clean while they were there. Turns out they overcharged me for that added area and called me the next day to ask how I wanted my refund! I would have never known they overcharged me and they could have easily kept that money. The fact that they double-checked my add on and called me to issue me a refund speaks volumes about the company. That alone is enough reason for me to use them again!
