Follow up from below review

Update, 8/30: I just picked up my bike from CMM Powersports on the evening of 8/28. In all, it took over 8 ½ weeks to get the forks and inner and outer gasket kit done on the bike. I paid Andy $420 for the service, but came back with more issues than I started with, as detailed below. Andy was not in the shop when I picked up my bike and has yet to respond to my multiple phone calls.

-Deep scratches/gouges to my custom paint job on the tank and front fender.
-Missing hardware for the quick-release windshield. Windshield no longer mounts and I’m left to work this out on my own.
-Missing garage door opener out of my saddle bag.
-Missing bulb out of right rear turn signal
-High beams no longer work
-Bike continues to leak oil, which makes me wonder what work was really done on this bike.

I’ve left two messages with Andy over the past two days and have no heard back. I’ve given him repeated chances to do the right thing and treat his client right.

I am continuing to work with the Better Business Bureau and have started working with my attorney for compensation to cover paint damage.

No Integrity, Incredibly Poor Experience. I Still Don't Have My Motorcycle Back (over 5 weeks).

I received service work on my '99 Heritage Softail from CMM in June of 2018. This included fork seals, lubing cables, oil change, replacing leaking petcock, new brake pads, brake flush tires, and an overall 5000 mile check. I spent $1,635 in total.

3-4 months later I noticed fork fluid leaking. In the Spring 2019 I notice it leaking more and realize it's a real issue. I've only ridden about 1,000 miles since the service. I called CMM in June of 2019 to report the issue to Andy. Andy stated that he will look into it and call me back that night. I wait a few days- no answer. I wait a few more days- no answer.
I just called today (6/27/19) and Andy answered, only to stonewall me. He was too busy and would not honor any sort of warranty work. I was not asking for immediate free service, but at the very least an investigation of what happened. Fork seals should not leak after 1,000 miles of riding.
This sort of treatment is completely unprofessional and showed a real lack of integrity. I was looking for a go-to shop to do maintenance over the years. I've never left a review like this for anything, but this negative experience prompted me to do so. This is not that shop. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Update: After seeing this review, Andy promptly called me and said that he should not have brushed me off like this and agreed to make these repairs free of charge. I then removed the review on Andy’s request. He would also perform some unrelated work (primary leak, likely a gasket) I was more than willing to pay for. I brought my bike in on 6/29/19. After about a week, Andy called and requested that I remove the review before he would proceed with any work. I removed the review immediately.

I was originally told it would be complete and ready for pickup the week of 7/15/19. It's now been over 5 weeks since I brought it in and he still has my bike, telling me he's prioritizing "bills" and not calling me back. I can empathize with bills, but my bike is essentially being held hostage. He texted me that I can go elsewhere if I want to get the work done. He will not call me back or answer my phone calls to discuss this, but instead continues to send texts suggesting that I bring the bike elsewhere. I'm currently working with the Better Business Bureau to get this sorted out.

I’ve been without my bike for over 5 weeks now. Andy will not respond, so there is no way to go get my bike (it’s a small shop and pickup needs to be scheduled).

I just want to get my bike repaired and back out on the road. I also want riders to know that this is not a shop you want to bring business to.
