Provided by YP.comWe are a third of the way through a 12 week session. I am thrilled with the results. My 4 year old sees all the traditional therapists ( physical, occupational, and speech) I started brain balance because she was pulling her hair out. No one has been able to help that. I am so happy to say that she has completely stopped pulling!!! Before brain balance she was miles away from being potty trained.. now she is almost there! She is talking so much more and asking a million questions (something she didn't do before) Before brain balance she acted like a serious little adult.. now she is acting like a kid. I have seen so many improvements in such a short amount of time. We drive 2.5 hours each way to go.. it has been so worth it!

Provided by YP.comI did the program for my 7 year old boy who has ADHD there. Promised the moon before the program started and that in their 1 year of operation there isn’t a client who has not been helped tremendously by the program. Was told my kid was making adequate or slightly less than usual progress during the program while we didn’t see any change at home. When the program ended, they admitted we are one of the unlucky ones who didn’t see major progress (we still could see none) and that we just needed to sign him up for another $$$ session to see the results.
Another smaller thing, we were promised at the beginning that we can observe the sessions through a one way mirror they had, then whenever we took them up on that promise someone went in the training room to whisper to the trainer that we’re watching.
Also, in the last month of the program, our County agreed to refund us for the part of the program in that month. We asked the center for a bill for that month and they issued a bill to the county that he got services for a certain dollar amount (one third of the program) in that month. When the County sent them a check for that amount and I asked the center to refund that to me they said they double-checked their records and realized his sessions during that month were fewer than what they quoted in the bill and that I should either apply the money to a future enrollment in their program or I’m not getting it back. I asked them to refund the money to the County and we decided we’ll redirect the money to one of the many other services my kid gets rather than their useless program
