Located in Saint Paul, Minn., Webster Magnet Elementary School is a public educational institution providing early education and enrichment services to students in grades kindergarten to six. The school is a part of Saint Paul Public Schools and offers various programs, including basic skills, enrichment, English language learners, and gifted and talented programs. It also provides special education services for children and youth who have disabilities. Its gifted and talented program provides courses for students to enhance their intellectual ability, academic aptitude, creative and productive thinking, leadership ability, and understanding of visual and performing arts.
