Tracy is the greatest. Pure and simple. My Maltipoos even tolerate her, which is hard to believe as they absolutely hate groomings, but not with Tracy. She's loving, kind, and patient with them. How happy we are to have found Tracy!!

Tracy is the best. I have a 14lb terrier mix that was terrified of groomers and had bad experiences in the past. Roxie loves Tracy and she is so much more relaxed being at home. Tracy is gentle and kind and does a great job. She also brings homemade dog treats.

Tracy is not only a wonderful dog groomer to me, she was also my Niko's foster mom. If it wasn't for her I would not have my trusty companion. It is hard to find groomers that do NOT kennel your dog. What I like is that each dog has an individual appointment and are not handled like they are on an assembly line. She could make a lot more money if she did several dogs at a time and kenneled them while they waited for their turn but each gets her devoted attention from start to finish. Tracy has great client skills. Our dogs are her clients. And they get homemade doggy treats when they are done. Tracy gets an A+ in our book!

We love About Town Grooming! Tracy does a fantastic job grooming our dogs and they always smell so good after she grooms them. One of our dogs is VERY timid and afraid of everything, however, she is always so excited to see Tracy. Tracy treats our dogs, Dolly and Harley, as if they were her own. We love her services and hope that she never stops grooming dogs.

Tracy is wonderful at what she does! We've been with her for 2 years and will never use another groomer. As first time Shihtzu owners, Travy has taught us so much about our sweet dogs. When Tracy first came to us, she was very understanding about our super shaggy situation. She did not judge us for being ignorant long haired dog owners. Instead, she respectfully educated us on how to properly care for dogs with hair. Our dogs, Ernie and Phil ADORE their sweet Tracy and so do we!!!!! Tracy genuinely loves our dogs too. You can see it every time she comes to groom them.

Tracy has been my pet groomer for 3 years. She is not only very good at grooming but her caring and compassion for my two dogs has been heartwarming. Two years ago my ailing Lab Collie mix needed a grooming and knowing she couldn't climb the stairs to the tub Tracy set up a complete bathing system in our front yard. My dear Precious had a wonderful grooming under the shade of her favorite trees on a warm summer day. Not just any groomer would do that. Tracy now takes equal care of our little Terrier Foppa. He is always cleaned and trimmed with perfection! precious has sadly passed away and Tracy still remembers her when she comes over. Kudos and high recommendations for you! Thank you Tracy!

Tracy has been grooming my dog at home for the last year.I had a really bad experience at a big box groomer.Tracy is so nice and gentle with Billy.She is very reliable,brings everything that is needed and leaves the grooming area very clean and neat.She always works with my schedule and is always on time.She does a beautiful job on Billy,he has attitude and prances around like a king when he,s done.Price Is right.I could,nt be happier.

This is a wonderful service. I have used Tracy now for a about a year and she is so kind and gentle with my dogs. I have one dog that is so afraid of being grooming and she just loves Tracy.
