I'm a woman and I was looking for a place that wouldn't gouge me over a timing belt on a Honda Civic. I had gone to Firestone and got quoted $800+ w/unnecessary work thrown in (don't let them talk you into the water pump! The odds are greatly in your favor that it will NEVER need replacing). I went in to Berning's and the price was just under $400. They did the work efficiently and explained things so I could understand.
