She has a wide-range of training in hypnosis, meditation, stress reduction, pain management, weight loss, stopping smoking, and other powerful life-changing modalities that can help you to reach your goals quickly and safely while empowering you to life to the fullest. Lena is a member of the International Association of Interpersonal Hypnotherapists.
