My family has been going here for many years and have been very satisfied; compared to other similar local service shops. I deducted one star because they consistently fail to contact customers once all repairs are completed. Further, they do not always annotate the number you wish to be called at, or if they do, they still call a different number; annoying. The hours of operation have changed; Saturdays, as of 2015, close at 3PM.
