Zerman & Mogerman, L.L.C. is a voice of reason and experience in the very difficult and frequently acrimonious field of divorce law. We represent individuals in dissolution of marriage proceedings, legal separations, proceedings to modify existing decrees, proceedings to enforce existing decrees, proceedings to collect child and spousal support, and in certain paternity actions. We also handle appeals of family law cases. We represent individual clients in the city and county of St. Louis, Missouri. Our practice is limited exclusively to divorce law, concentrating on complex cases involving substantial assets, business interests, professional practices, contested child custody issues, and appellate practice. The firm consists of eight attorneys representing over one hundred and thirty years of cumulative experience in these matters. We make every reasonable effort to negotiate satisfactory settlements in these difficult cases. When settlement proves impossible, we are pr epared to try the case in court.
