I went in this Wendy's today and the worker was putting the buns in the bun heater with her bare hands. She did not have on any gloves nor hair net. Needless to say myself and two other customers seen this and we all walked out without making a purchase.

your counter person argued with me about my gift certificate. said i didn't get change back. i told him it was like money i do get $ back. someone from the back entered the conversation and gave me the change. my burger was very dry, there was just little lettuce and the tomato was the small end piece with the core in it. i was very unsatisfied.
