It was very pleasant informal any questions or concerns I had was answered fully.

We had our 2 dogs teeth cleaned and we were really happy with the price and care for them. Their teeth look great and we have had people comment on how clean they look.

Ihave always had very pleasant experiences with the animal hospital. the staff is nice and the hours are great. i travel from n.county on a regular bypassing several locations i could take my pet but i feel comfortable with bringing my dog here and have done so with all my past pets. thank you wah

I've taken my cats here for years, and I love it. They have AWESOME hours, and are very friendly and accomodating. It doesn't seem to take forever in the waiting room, and the TV's are helpful to distract from the waiting anyway. It's a very easy process to call in and get an appt, and they were very helpful the one time I had an emergency and had to bring my kitten in a few years ago. (She died, and even though the doctor didn't know why she died without doing an autopsy, they were very friendly and even sent me a condolence card) I absolutely love their evening hours. SOO helpful. As for prices, I guess it's normal- I don't really know any different. I suppose I don't experience the "personelness" feeling where ppl recognize you, but I'm okay with that. I see a different vet every time- but each one is friendly. So that makes it okay for me. I suppose it just matters whether that is important to you.‎From Leah

It was truly refreshing. From the beginning, both myself and my dog felt very comfortable with the staff and the vet. In the past, when I would take my dog to the vet he always got very high strung and would claw his way to the door. At WGAH, he was very calm and comfortable...and for me, this speaks volumes. We have been bringing our two dogs and several cats over the years to Webster Groves. I like the fact the vets do not sugar coat the facts, but are still gentle in delivering them, such as when we had a cat that had a very unusual auto immune disease and a cat that we found with a broken hip. Every time that I have taken my dog to Webster Groves Animal Hospital the staff is friendly and willing to discuss any questions that I may have had. I feel that the late and very early appointment times make it very easy to get my animal seen without having to miss work. I will say that when my dog was very sick with blood disorder the doctor was somewhat evasive with what testing needing to be done and not done and this upset my husband. This is why I gave 4 stars rather than 5. From Angie W.

We came to this vet on the recommendation of the rescue group we got our Bugsy from. It is very clean and they have really good prices. Their flexible hours are great for someone like me who works the night shift.I have a friend who has taken her pets there for years and now I understand why!

We have used this vet for the last 10 years. They have great prices on annual vaccines and we have had to keep several of our kids there when they were sick. They have someone there 24 hours a day caring for the animals - they aren't left alone all night. Last year our little Mandy was there for 3 days. We have been very happy with all of our experiences and will continue to recommend you to family and friends!

I cannot say enough about this vet. We take all our kids here and have been extermely pleased with everything from the prices to the 24 hour care. We have been seeing Dr. Tate for years and won't trust our precious kids to anyone else!

Have taken 3 dogs there over the years. Experience last night with emergency shows maybe they are getting too big, hiring too inexperienced - uncaring individuals. Time on phone is terrible as is uncompassionate, hurry you up personnel. Watched as receptionist described to 2 women having her pet euthanized - the costs, etc. They used to take you in a private room - show some compassion, etc. Not anymore. Too big, too impersonal. Will be looking for a new vet for my 16 year old dogs last days.

I recommended them to a friend. She contacted them in an emergency and was extremely pleased with the care her cat received. I even called while he was under their care, identified myself as his "aunt" and was able to learn that he would have a total and speedy recovery.I used to have a vet that made house calls for my dogs and cats. Originally, I just used this facility for my bird. Now I am taking all my animals here because I am very impressed with their care and concern for the pet and their compassion for the owners.
