This location is notorius for having 3-4 lanes open during peak times during the week. I spent over 15 minutes in line due to minimal lane openings & the lack of urgency from the personnel(unacceptable since there were tons of people in the lanes with few items). I spoke with the floor manager, and she replied" It's been like this all day".- (That's not an excuse your patrons want to hear. We want an aplogy, for you to stop chatting, and get on a register to help your staff.) - After several minutes, the floor manager opened one additional lane.- This location has undergone a makeover on the outside, but the same problems still exist internally(poor management, lack of ownership & zero customer service skills).-
