Sellers, the all important process for you is making sure you are ready to place your house on the market, being receptive to feedback (I do it in good faith to make sure you are aware of buyer's comments), providing you with a comparative market analysis (tells you what's selling around you, what it sold for and what homes are also on the market in your neighborhood).
