These guys are amazing. I was really worried about getting piers installed since I have an old home with a stone foundation. The one corner was sinking and they put in 5 piers without disturbing the foundation what-so-ever. All the guys were clean, courteous and very professional. Everything went smooth. I was particularly happy to be using a young local company that was not affiliated with a nationwide franchise. I would recommend SRS for any piering, water-proofing or foundation crack repairs you might have on your home.

SRS Structural Restoration Systems was recommended to me by the structural engineer I hired to evaluate my foundation problem. The staff at SRS responded quickly to my request, evaluated the situation, gave a proposal, and began the job very quickly (within three weeks). Once on the job, the project manager and the entire crew were very congenial and informative. They made every attempt to work with me and kept a dirty job to a minimal mess. The project manager kept me informed of progress, and it turned out most importantly, what changes needed to be considered from the original work proposal. The cause of the foundation problem was different from original speculation and that became clear as the work progressed. The initial job changed from a two to three day event to a seven-day event. The cause of the problem was significantly different from what was originally thought. I appreciated the honesty of the crew in informing me. I was very happy the staff kept at the job and did not reschedule my work in favor of moving to another customer's work and having to return to my job. I highly recommend the services of SRS and the staff of this company to do an excellent job and treat the customer with courtesy. The experience was every bit of what I would expect from professionalism.
